ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ, “ਮਸਲਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਵੈਧ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਹਨ, ਓ.ਸੀ.ਆਈ. ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਹੈ। “The issue is not about travel to India.
